About Faculty of Engineering and Architecture Since the opening of the University of New York Tirana in 2002, the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture has been committed to providing students with a comprehensive education in various technical and creative fields. The Faculty is organized into three basic units: the Department of Computer Science, the Department of Information and Intelligent Systems, and the Department of Architecture and Design. We offer study programs at all three academic levels – bachelor's, master's, and doctoral. Our undergraduate programs include degrees in computer science, software engineering, graphic design, interior design, and an integrated Master of Science in Architecture. For graduate students, we offer a Master of Science in data science and business analytics and a Master of Science in computer science. Additionally, the Faculty proudly hosts a doctoral program in computer science. Our mission is to educate the next generation of innovators and designers by maintaining the highest academic standards, practical skills, and real-world experience. Our Faculty and staff possess exceptional credentials from prestigious universities abroad and domestically, bringing extensive expertise to their respective fields. We also collaborate with various local and international institutions to provide our students valuable internship and employment opportunities. Our vision is to contribute to the country's societal, technological, and economic development by preparing future leaders and highly skilled professionals in engineering and architecture. Our students have diverse career opportunities, ranging from software developers, data scientists, architects, graphic designers, and interior designers to academic researchers and professors. We are dedicated to shaping the minds that will define tomorrow's engineering, technology, and design landscape.
